As a strategic development partner, we support our customers throughout the entire product development process: from development to system integration to after-sales.

We are looking for an SAP SF Administrator to join our team in Kochi location to support our global HR operations to manage essential employee processes.

Responsibilities

 

  • Support in optimizing and adapting the HR processes mapped in SAP as well as master data maintenance (work schedules, workflows, business rules, etc.)

  • Administration of our SuccessFactors modules

  • Contact person for employees and managers in our SuccessFactors modules (1st level support)

  • Support in the implementation of new SuccessFactors modules and other companies (e.g. international rollout)

 

Requirements

The ideal candidate would be a graduate with minimum 1 years of proven work experience as an HR Process Administrator or similar role. In additional to this you will need to meet the following requirements:

 

  • Know-how and experience in working with SAP SuccessFactors or any ATS system.

  • Ability to act as an interface between different stakeholders (employees, managers, HR department) and to establish yourself as a contact person for HR matters

  • Understanding of numbers, Excel formulas and logical connections

  • First points of contact with the administration of systems

  • High degree of independence and assertiveness

  • Efficient way of working and organizational skills
