This strategic partnership enables us to offer our customers even more comprehensive development and digitalisation services and a greater offshore capability.We are looking for experienced QA Lead (Automation with Java & Selenium) to join our team in Kochi/Trivandrum. As a member of our in-tech team, you will work with experienced engineers from different countries and with the latest technology every day.

Responsibilities 

• As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems.  

• You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes.  

• You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios.  

• You will have to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients’ business needs 

Requirements 

• The ideal candidate should have at least 5-10 years of hands-on experience working in software testing or Quality Assurance (QA) roles. 

• Proficiency in Selenium is required for automated testing of applications. 

•  The candidate should have experience creating and executing automated tests using Selenium WebDriver, including scripting, test case creation, and debugging. 

•  Knowledge of integrating Selenium with tools like Maven or Jenkins for continuous integration is highly beneficial.  

• Strong programming skills in Core Java are necessary for writing test scripts, creating automation frameworks, and developing custom solutions. 

• The candidate should be proficient with Webservices (API) test Automation using Rest Assured, TestNG 

• Familiarity with managing test cases, bug tracking, and versioning in TFS will be crucial for effective project tracking and reporting. 

• Experience designing and implementing robust QA frameworks that support automated testing processes. 

• Knowledge of latest testing frameworks including but not limited to Playwright, Cypress etc.
