This strategic partnership enables us to offer our customers even more comprehensive development and digitalisation services and a greater offshore capability.We are looking for experienced Performance Test Engineer to join our team in Kochi/Trivandrum. As a member of our in-tech team, you will work with experienced engineers from different countries and with the latest technology every day.

Responsibilities 

• Plan and execute performance tests using an automated testing environment and conduct analysis of results. 

• Work in cross-functional teams to characterize, debug, and improve system performance and scalability. 

• Work efficiently with various profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks and provide root cause analysis. 

• Devise and conduct experiments to evaluate the performance impacts of system changes. 

Requirements 

The ideal candidate would be having 3 to 5 years of experience in QA domain out of which at least 3+years’ work experience on Performance testing projects. In additional to this you will need to meet the following requirement 

• Strong Work Experience with at least one performance testing tools preferably LoadRunner and/or JMeter 

• Experience in designing automated Performance test scripts with best industry practices.

• Extensive experience using various profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks. 

• In-depth knowledge of web services, including both SOAP and REST. 

• Solid foundation in core Java principles and proficient in Unix, databases, and CI/CD processes. 

• Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization, along with comprehensive performance and root cause analysis. 

• Strong experience in performance testing of SAP applications will be an added advantage. 

• Experience in Cloud-based platforms like AWS and GCP is good to have. 

• Expertise in performance assessment and optimization of complex applications built on SAP BTP platform.  

• Strong understanding of relational database systems as well as in-memory database along with scripting knowledge of– Perl, Python etc 

• Reasonable knowledge of performance-tuning SQL queries, JVM tuning techniques.
