Test engineer

We are looking for project managment to join our team in Hefei. As project managment you will work with experienced engineers in automotive industry and will develop yourselves deep into this area.

Task
1. Responsible for developing and tracking experimental plans, updating the status of experimental vehicles in time, and coordinating with the project team to address issues related to experimental vehicles.
2. Check the status of test vehicles, manage the parameter status of experimental vehicles, communicate and coordinate component replacement status with relevant colleagues, and tracking the vehicle status to ensure that the test vehicles meet the test requirements.
3. Responsible for the shipment of experimental vehicles and site reservations, and resolving related procedural issues.
4. Responsible for tracking the test status on site, collecting and recording test results, and handling unexpected issues on site.
5. Responsible for writing test reports, tracking and resolving issues discovered during tests, and planning the next round of experimental validation.

Requirement
1.Excellent communication skills both in English (German is plus);
2.Strong logic thinking and great sense of responsibilities & ownership;
3.Basic knowledge of vehicle engineering and testing process;
4.Great Project management skills, able to work on multiple task sat the same time;
5.Must have Water management or Ground clearance testing experience.
