We are looking for IQMS (DELMIAWorks) Quality Administrator with strong experience for managing and optimizing the ERP system to support manufacturing and business operations. This includes modules for production planning, scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and financials Integration with SAP. The role ensures system reliability, data integrity, and user support across all functional areas. Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the IQMS/DELMIAWorks ERP system across production, inventory, quality, and finance modules.
  • Manage user roles, security permissions, and access controls to ensure system integrity and compliance.
  • Perform system upgrades, apply patches, and troubleshoot ERP-related technical issues.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of master data and transactional data across all ERP modules.
  • Collaborate with operations, production, and finance teams to optimize workflows and improve system efficiency.
  • Develop, customize, and maintain Crystal Reports and dashboards to support operational and financial decision-making.
  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for ERP incidents, enhancements, and user inquiries.
  • Deliver training and guidance to end users to promote effective ERP utilization.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and security standards.
  • Monitor system performance, coordinate backups and disaster recovery activities, and work closely with IT infrastructure teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of overall experience in ERP system administration or support roles.
  • At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with IQMS/DELMIAWorks ERP systems.
  • Strong functional knowledge of ERP modules including production planning, scheduling, inventory, quality, and financials.
  • Proficiency in Crystal Reports and SQL for reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working in manufacturing environments with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP workflows.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and automation tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Ansible.
  • Working knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving business and technology needs
