Design and development engineer

We are looking for project managment to join our team in Hefei. As project managment you will work with experienced engineers in automotive industry and will develop yourselves deep into this area.

Task
• Interface with project team for all projects deliverables tracking, make sure all the tasks feedback on time;
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project team and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support;
• Work with module engineers to clarify testing resources (vehicle & working hours) demand;
• Support the discussion with production team about the necessity behand vehicle demands and make sure all the vehicles deliver on time;
• Track each testing status and lead the problem solving;
• Steering the meetings with WOB and JV, make detailed records of key topics, track open points until its closure;
• Perform overall quality control of the work (vehicles, hours, evaluation results, presentations) and report regularly on project status.

Requirement
• Excellent communication skills both in English (German is plus);
• Strong logic thinking and great sense of responsibilities & ownership;
• Sound knowledge of vehicle engineering and testing process;
•Great Project management skills, able to work on multiple tasksat the same time.
