We are looking for Nice Label Designer to design, configure, and optimize label templates using Loft ware Nice Label. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating compliant, scalable, and automated labeling solutions integrated with ERP, WMS, MES, or other enterprise systems. Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality label templates using Nice Label Designer and Power Forms.
• Create barcode, RFID, variable data, and compliance labels.
• Implement dynamic elements such as conditional objects and database-driven values.
• Integrate Nice Label with ERP, WMS, and MES systems.
• Work with REST APIs and database connections for automated label printing.
• Configure and maintain Nice Label LMS and Control Centre.
• Automate printing workflows using Nice Label Automation Builder.
• Manage version control, label approval workflows, and deployment.
• Ensure labels meet GS1, UDI, GHS, FDA, and ISO standards.
• Perform testing, validation, and production rollout of label designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, IT, and Logistics.
• Provide troubleshooting, support, and training for label printing and Nice Label tools.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in label design, with at least 3 years using Loft ware Nice Label.
• Strong knowledge of Nice Label Designer, Power Forms, and Automation Builder.
• Experience with Label Management System (LMS) and Control Centre.
• Familiarity with barcode standards such as Code128, QR, Data Matrix, and GS1.
• Experience connecting Nice Label to SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Proficiency in integrating with web services and APIs.
• Knowledge of network printers including Zebra, SATO, and Honeywell.
• Understanding of manufacturing or supply chain labelling processes.
• Experience with REST APIs, file-based triggers, and database connections.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, and basic networking.
• Experience with monitoring and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and escalate incidents as needed.
