We are looking for a Specialist in Management Systems with strong experience in ISO 50001 (Energy Management Systems) and ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) to join our team in based out of our Kochi location with hybrid work options. Responsibilities

ISO 50001 – Energy Management System

• Work extensively with ISO 50001 standards and requirements.
• Obtain, document, and evaluate international energy data.
• Monitor and analyze energy consumption and compare results against defined targets.
• Create and maintain energy consumer lists.
• Prepare, evaluate, and propose energy efficiency measures.
• Support management reviews and evaluations related to energy performance.
• Conduct internal audits for ISO 50001 compliance.
• Support and coordinate external audits and certification activities.

ISO 9001 – Quality Management System

• Manage and support ISO 9001 quality management system requirements.
• Identify, define, and track quality management (QM)–relevant KPIs.
• Support the definition of QM objectives and monitor target achievement.
• Perform detailed KPI and target analysis at both company and division levels.
• Create and maintain QM-relevant documentation, procedures, and specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the management system.
• Support management reviews and evaluations for QMS effectiveness.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits and certification processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with ISO 50001 and ISO 9001 management systems, with both standards to be understood in an international context.
• Strong knowledge of energy data analysis, documentation, and performance evaluation.
• Experience in KPI definition, monitoring, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience in conducting internal audits and supporting external audits.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication skills to support management reviews and audit processes.
