Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and CAPL.
  • Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) for continuous testing.
  • Automate regression, performance, and integration testing across multiple vehicle domains.
  • Utilize tools like Carmen for automation execution and ALM Octane for test management and issue tracking.
  • Conduct network simulation and validation using tools like CANoe and CANalyzer.
  • Analyze automation results, debug failures, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Document automation processes, maintain traceability of test cases, and ensure compliance with OEM/Tier-1 standards.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in automotive automation and validation roles.
  • Proficiency in Python and CAPL scripting (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with Carmen for automotive automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency with ALM Octane for test case management and defect tracking.
  • Strong understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
  • Proficiency with tools like CANoe, CANalyzer.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git).
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with vehicle network simulation tools is a plus.
  • OEM/Tier-1 experience preferred.
