We are looking for an experienced AI-Enabled Test Architect to join our team. In this role, you will define and implement modern test architecture, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled quality engineering strategies for enterprise software products and platforms. If you are passionate about software quality, test automation, and emerging AI technologies, we would love to connect with you!

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test architecture and quality engineering strategies for enterprise software products, platforms, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Design comprehensive testing approaches covering functional, API, UI, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Develop scalable and reusable test automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, RestAssured, or equivalent tools.
• Design test orchestration solutions covering parallel execution, test environments, test data, cross-browser testing, and automated reporting.
• Integrate automated testing and quality gates into CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines, supporting shift-left and continuous testing practices.
• Apply GenAI and LLM-assisted testing, including prompt and context engineering for test generation, test data creation, test automation, and test documentation.
• Use AI for test-result summarization, test failure analysis, defect triaging, defect classification, and root-cause analysis.
• Establish quality metrics, automation standards, governance practices, and continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring engineering and testing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, test automation, or test architecture.
• Proven experience designing test strategies and architectures for enterprise applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, RestAssured, or equivalent test automation technologies.
• Experience building scalable automation frameworks and integrating automated testing into CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Strong understanding of functional, API, UI, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing, including test orchestration and test data management.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM-assisted testing, prompt and context engineering, AI-generated test artifacts, test-result analysis, defect triaging, and root-cause analysis.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript, along with strong English communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
