We are seeking a skilled Cloud Jenkins Platform Support Engineer to join our customer location at Pune. If you’re passionate about joining a growing and dynamic team with a company with a positive culture and team spirit, we’d love to connect with you!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and support Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, builds, and integrations.
• Work with Git/BitBucket, branching strategies, and code management.
• Integrate tools such as Maven, Artifactory, SonarQube, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Support cloud platforms, PaaS environments, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Perform system administration on Linux/Unix/Windows environments.
• Monitor systems using tools like Prometheus, Splunk, and Grafana.
• Troubleshoot complex issues including stack traces, network issues, and distributed systems.
• Support deployment automation, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• Maintain runbooks, documentation, and follow ITIL/ITSM processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience 
• Strong experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Hands-on experience with Git/BitBucket, Maven, Ansible, Terraform, or Chef.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, containerization, and distributed systems.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting production systems.
• Understanding of RBAC, SSO, SAML, OAuth, or similar authentication protocols.
• Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
