We are looking for a highly motivated Platform Support Engineer to join our customer location at Bangalore & Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on 24/7 reliability, monitoring, and incident management. Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain alerting/observability for proactive detection; drive fast remediation and escalation paths; 24/7 reliability & monitoring
  • Own the end-to-end incident lifecycle, Triage tickets, coordinate cross-team responses, execute RCAs, and lead post-incident reviews.
  • Troubleshoot platform operations support, VA connectivity, browser extension behaviour, Gateway/Cloud issues, firewall blocks, and log queries.
  • Assist Deployment & configuration, prepare environments for new installations and upgrades; validate prerequisites.
  • Create & document runbooks, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and architecture/config records.
  • Provide crisp status updates and executive-level summaries during incidents and maintenance windows.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years in platform/application support, SRE/DevOps, or system administration in cloud-native environments.
  • Hands on experience with monitoring/alerting tools; containerization (Docker/Kubernetes); scripting (Python/Bash).
  • Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP and enterprise firewall/security practices.
  • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic logs, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, StarRocks, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Flink, Auth0.
  • Hands-on experience with Elastic logs and Citrix administration.
  • Exposure to Technical Account Management practices to bridge support and delivery
  • Strong analytical problem-solving, clear written/verbal communication, and a proactive, customer-service mindset.
