We are seeking Python Automation Lead to drive automation testing for Android and mobile platforms. The role requires strong hands‑on expertise in Python automation, with exposure to Java and mobile device validations, with the ability to lead testing activities and ensure high‑quality deliverables. Requirements

• Strong experience in Python automation for mobile apps.
• Expertise in Android platform and device testing.
• Excellent knowledge of ADB commands.
• Ability to read and debug Java code.
• Solid understanding of automation testing concepts.
• Experience with automation frameworks and tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work daily from the Bangalore office.
• Immediate or short notice period availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Python-based automation testing for Android applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts.
• Perform Android platform and mobile device testing.
• Utilize ADB commands for debugging and device-level testing.
• Read, understand, and debug Java code as needed.
• Execute test cases, analyse results, and report defects.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams for test planning.
• Mentor team members on best testing practices.
• Enhance automation coverage and optimize test processes.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation and reports.
