A dynamic and fast-growing engineering company headquartered in Munich, Germany employing around 2350 employees globally across 20 project locations in 8 countries including multiple locations across the UK.

We are seeking Python Automation Lead with 5–10 years of experience to spearhead our automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python automation, proven leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. Experience with Android devices is a plus. Responsibilities

1. Lead Python-based automation testing initiatives across projects.
2. Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks and reusable test components.
3. Develop and execute Python automation scripts for functional and regression testing.
4. Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks for scalability and efficiency.
5. Perform automation execution, analyze results, and generate comprehensive reports.
6. Identify, debug, and resolve automation issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to automation engineers.
8. Participate in code reviews, automation planning, and test strategy discussions.
9. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on requirements and timelines.
10. Communicate clearly with internal and client teams, providing regular status updates and thorough documentation.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 6–10 years of hands-on experience in Python automation.
3. Hands‑on mobile test automation experience (preferably with Pytho).
4. Solid understanding of SQL
5. Strong expertise in developing and maintaining Python automation frameworks.
6. Proven leadership and team handling capability.
7. Experience designing, executing, and analyzing automated test cases.
8. Strong technical problem-solving and debugging skills.
9. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
10. Experience participating in code reviews and automation planning.
11. Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
12. Good to have: Experience with Android device testing or mobile/device-level automation.
