We are looking for a We are looking for an experienced SAP PLM/PDM Consultant to implement and support SAP Product Lifecycle and Data Management solutions, ensuring efficient product development and lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP PLM, S/4HANA, and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver effective solutions. Responsibilities

1. Configure and support SAP PLM/PDM processes including DMS, ECM, Product Structure, Material Master, BOM, and Classification.
2. Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP PLM solutions.
3. Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices.
4. Support product development, engineering, manufacturing, and quality processes.
5. Design and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
6. Prepare functional specifications and assist development teams.
7. Provide production support and resolve PLM/PDM incidents.
8. Perform root cause analysis and implement system enhancements.
9. Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and system integrations.
10. Collaborate with SAP MM, PP, QM, EWM, S/4HANA, and MDG modules.
11. Support integration with CAD systems like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, and Siemens NX.
12. Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and conduct end-user training.

Requirements

1. 8-10 years of experience in SAP PLM/PDM implementation or support.
2. Strong knowledge of SAP PLM components: DMS, ECM, Product Structure, Material Master, BOM, Classification, and Workflow.
3. Experience with SAP S/4HANA PLM solutions preferred.
4. Basic understanding of SAP ABAP debugging, Fiori Apps, Workflow, and Archive Link.
5. Hands-on experience with at least one end-to-end SAP PLM implementation.
6. Experience in AMS support, incident management, and enhancement projects.
7. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, or related field.
8. SAP PLM certification is a plus.
9. Industry experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or consumer products preferred.
10. Familiarity with Agile and SAP Activate methodology.
11. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
12. Ability to work effectively with global teams and lead workshops.
