We are seeking a skilled Traceability Application Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with AMS projects, supporting Manufacturing Traceability or Genealogy applications in a production environment. This role requires strong technical expertise in SQL, relational databases, REST APIs, JSON/XML, and system integrations. Experience with Red Hat OpenShift, DevOps/CI-CD practices, Kafka/Event Hub, and troubleshooting data flows across manufacturing systems is highly desirable. Knowledge of MES platforms and manufacturing traceability concepts will be a significant advantage. Responsibilities

1. Provide L2/L3 support for AMS projects in manufacturing traceability applications.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production traceability systems.
3. Develop and optimize SQL queries and manage relational databases.
4. Integrate systems using REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
5. Deploy and manage applications on Red Hat OpenShift (OCP).
6. Implement and maintain DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
7. Manage event-driven data flows using Kafka/Event Hub.
8. Analyze and fix data flow issues across manufacturing systems.
9. Support MES platform integrations and traceability processes.
10. Document system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.

Requirements

1. Hands-on experience with AMS projects (L2/L3 support) in production.
2. Strong SQL and relational database skills.
3. Proficient with REST APIs, JSON, and XML integrations.
4. Experience with Red Hat OpenShift (OCP).
5. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
6. Familiarity with Kafka or Event Hub for event processing.
7. Strong troubleshooting skills for manufacturing data flows.
8. Exposure to MES platforms and manufacturing traceability concepts.
9. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
10. Preferred: experience in manufacturing environments and scripting skills.
