We are looking for a Mobile Application & Backend Developer who is passionate about building high-quality, scalable, and performance-driven mobile applications. This role is ideal for a versatile professional with strong expertise in cross-platform mobile development, backend API development, and database-driven applications.The ideal candidate will work across Xamarin mobile applications, including migration from Xamarin to .NET MAUI. ASP.NET Core backend services, and SQL Server databases, ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance, and a superior user experience. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI and Xamarin for iOS and Android platforms.
• Migrate and modernize existing Xamarin applications to .NET MAUI, ensuring performance, stability, and feature parity.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services and RESTful Web APIs using .NET and .NET Core.
• Implement MVVM architecture, reusable components, and best practices to build scalable and maintainable applications.
• Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs, services, and databases.
• Write clean, maintainable, secure, and high-performance C# code across mobile and backend layers.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, including tables, queries, indexes, and stored procedures.
• Ensure efficient data access, data integrity, and performance optimization across systems.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for mobile applications and backend services.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, QA, DevOps, and product teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions and post-production support.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers when required.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment and release activities.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in mobile application and backend development.
• Strong expertise in .NET MAUI and Xamarin (Forms and/or Native), including migration from Xamarin to .NET MAUI.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and .NET Core, with solid experience building RESTful Web APIs.
• Strong understanding of MVVM architecture, mobile application design patterns, and best practices.
• Extensive experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid experience with SQL Server or other relational databases, including query optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks, debugging tools, and automated testing practices.
• Knowledge of application performance optimization, scalability, and security principles.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
