We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our team in Kochi location to support our global HR operations to manage essential employee processes in SAP SuccessFactors. Responsibilities
- Distribute, manage and process internal HR-related tickets using Jira software; ensure timely follow-up and resolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Issuing employee certificates, e.g. certificate of employments.
- Ensure up-to date ness of employee certificates (e.g. working permits); check for up-to-dateness (e.g. working permits) and request current certificates if needed
- Enter, maintain, and update employee and leadership data in SAP systems for example changes related to job titles, reporting lines, and contract updates.
- Create regular reporting using the SAP system
- Assist with the preparation for employee on-boarding day; make sure all system requirements and accesses are provided in the SAP system
- Contribute to process optimization and documentation efforts related to HR operations.
Requirements
- Experience in HR administration or a similar support function
- Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing systems.
- Experience with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
- Strong communication skills; able to collaborate with international teams or multicultural environment.
- Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and self-management—you are comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for your area.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to exercise basic German written communicate with the employees regarding basic HR topics.
- German language proficiency is a plus but not necessary.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic HR environment.
