Our India locationThe focus of the Kochi office is on Automotive Electronics. We are working on making the car of the future autonomous, electric, and connected. As a strategic development partner, we support our customers throughout the entire product development process: from development to system integration to after-sales.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our Human Resources team in managing day-to-day administrative tasks. This role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to handle internal HR tickets, and a collaborative approach to working with international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and distribute internal HR-related tickets using Jira software; ensure timely follow-up and resolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support German leadership in preparing and organizing employment reference documents in line with local standards.
  • Enter, maintain, and update employee and leadership data in SAP systems, including changes related to job titles, reporting lines, and contract updates.
  • Contribute to process optimization and documentation efforts related to HR operations.


Requirements

  • Experience in HR administration or a similar support function
  • Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing systems.
  • Experience with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
  • Strong communication skills; able to collaborate with international teams or multicultural environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and self-management—you are comfortable working independently and       taking responsibility for your area.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • German language proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic HR environment.
