As a strategic development partner, we support our customers throughout the entire product development process: from development to system integration to after-sales.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our Human Resources team in managing day-to-day administrative tasks. This role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to handle internal HR tickets, and a collaborative approach to working with international teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute internal HR-related tickets using Jira software; ensure timely follow-up and resolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Support German leadership in preparing and organizing employment reference documents in line with local standards.
- Enter, maintain, and update employee and leadership data in SAP systems, including changes related to job titles, reporting lines, and contract updates.
- Contribute to process optimization and documentation efforts related to HR operations.
Requirements
- Experience in HR administration or a similar support function
- Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing systems.
- Experience with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
- Strong communication skills; able to collaborate with international teams or multicultural environment.
- Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and self-management—you are comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for your area.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- German language proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic HR environment.
