Roles & ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and support desktops, laptops, docking stations, monitors, and related peripherals.Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.Maintain and support video conferencing and meeting room technology equipment.Manage printers, scanners, and other shared office devices, ensuring availability and functionality.Perform new joiner workstation setup, IT onboarding support and home working kit dispatch and collection.Coordinate with building Internet Service Providers (ISP) and vendors to resolve connectivity issues.Maintain IT asset inventory, tracking, perform IT audit of employee assets and maintenance of IT equipment at desks.Respond to user IT support requests and provide timely issue resolution.Assist with software installation, updates, and basic troubleshooting.Maintain documentation of IT assets, incidents, and support activities.Must be able to be onsite in our Kochi office in Infopark Phase II and at time travel to other in-tech locations as needed to deliver onsite support.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support roles.Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking concepts.Experience supporting laptops, desktops, printers, video conferencing systems, and peripherals.Understanding of Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity, and troubleshooting methodologies.Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience with IT asset management and inventory tracking tools is preferred.
