We are looking for a Specialist in Management Systems with minimum 3 - 5 years of strong experience in ISO 50001 (Energy Management Systems) to join our team in based out of our Kochi location with hybrid work options. Responsibilities

• Implement and set up Energy Management Systems (EMS) in line with ISO 50001 requirements.
• Obtain and consolidate international energy data from various sources.
• Document, analyze, and evaluate energy performance data.
• Compare energy consumption against defined targets and identify deviations.
• Create and maintain energy consumer lists and energy usage records.
• Prepare, propose, and monitor energy efficiency measures and improvement initiatives.
• Support management evaluation and review meetings with relevant data and reports.
• Conduct internal audits in accordance with ISO 50001 standards.
• Coordinate and support external audits, ensuring compliance and documentation readiness.
• Ensure continuous improvement of the energy management system.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of energy performance analysis and reporting.
• Experience in conducting internal audits and supporting certification audits.
• Good understanding of compliance, documentation, and management review processes.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
