We are looking for project managment to join our team in Hefei. As project managment you will work with experienced engineers in automotive industry and will develop yourselves deep into this area.

Task

• Post and maintain job listings on recruitment platforms

• Screen and source potential candidates, communicating initial interest and basic detailsManage candidate pipelines, promptly tracking candidate interest and status changes

• Support recruiters in advancing interview processes 

• Organise candidate profiles and compile relevant information 

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or postgraduate students graduating in 2026 or later; preference given to those studying Human Resources, Administrative Management, English, Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines;

• Proficient written and reading English; spoken English an advantage (written working language is English; company is foreign-invested);

• Positive-minded team player willing to liaise internally and externally; 

• Available for a minimum of 3-4 days per week.
