We’re currently inviting applications for the role of a junior recruiter as part of an increase in our India recruitment team.

Responsibilities

  • To work closely with our existing recruitment team in Kochi supporting the recruitment activities for applicants across the whole of India and UK.
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and actively promote opportunities through various channels.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate in the applicant tracking systems.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and move in the ATS system accordingly.
  • Coordinate with candidates if required and clarifying their doubts based on the needs.
  • Working closely with our recruitment managers to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Work with our HR onboardings teams as required to support new applicants joining processes.
  • Support and on premises or external recruitment events in Kerala.
  • On site training will be provided for progression of the role and to gain further experience.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate would be a graduate with 1-2 years of proven work experience as recruiter or similar role. In additional to this you will need to meet the following requirements:
  • Being well-structured and must be experienced with handling recruitment activities.
  • IT literate, ability to use all Microsoft applications, together with adapting quickly to internal software systems operated internally within in-tech .
  • SuccessFactors (SAP Tool) or knowledge with any Application Tracking System would be a plus
  • Enjoying repetitive, not overly complex tasks & being satisfied on a mid-term level with such tasks
  • Must be an enthusiast with a go-for-it attitude.
  • Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with end-users and team members across our foreign locations, especially the UK.

While the role would be flexible allowing you to work from home, you would be expected to attend our Kochi office at least once a week.
