We are looking for experienced Project Controllers (Aerospace) to join our team onsite at our customer's facilities in Sheffield, UK for an Aerospace delivery with a full-time onsite presence (5 days a week).
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Controllers to support the preparation, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects. The ideal candidates will provide administrative and operational support across various work packages, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for project proposals, ensuring compliance with funding guidelines and timely submission.
- Compile, format, and manage project documentation, including reports, presentations, schedules, and financial records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather inputs, track progress, and ensure alignment across all project activities.
- Support project setup, execution, and monitoring, including risk management, schedule updates, financial forecasting, and procurement coordination.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare materials, capture minutes, and follow up on actions to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have relevant 5+ years of experience in providing administrative and operational support in an aerospace delivery across various work packages, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with funding and sponsor requirements.
- Must have prior experience in project coordination, administration in aerospace sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with public funding processes and documentation requirements is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of financial forecasting and procurement processes is advantageous.
- Aviation sector experience would be beneficial but not essential.
- Commit to a full-time onsite presence (5 days a week) at our client office in Sheffield, UK.
