Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and report project progress across multiple automotive domains.
• Coordinate activities between engineering, testing, procurement, suppliers, and OEM teams.
• Manage project milestones and ensure integration across all vehicle systems.
• Prepare executive dashboards, progress reports, and risk mitigation plans.
• Support change control and escalation management.
• Ensure adherence to PMO governance and customer-specific processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in automotive project coordination.
• Automotive program/project coordination experience across multiple systems.
• Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and Excel/PowerPoint reporting.
• Understanding of product development lifecycles for automotive electronics and mechanical systems.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Project management certification (CAPM, Agile) preferred.
• OEM/Tier-1 experience preferred.
