We are looking for Recruiting Specialist to join our team in Shenyang. As a Recruiting Specialist you will work with experienced engineers in automotive industry and will develop yourselves deep into this area.

Your responsibilities

• Direct sourcing through various channels(e.g.: Linkedin, Liepin, Zhaopin, etc.)
• Review incoming applications, schedule and conduct interviews with potential employees.
• Use ATS system (d.vinci) to track candidate applications and document interview notes.
• Meet with line managers to discuss their openings and qualifications needed.
• Find creative ways to identify candidates for difficult to fill roles.
• Follow up offering process and onboarding.

What you bring along

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, English or related field, Engineering study background is highly preferred.
• At least 2+ years recruitment experience in international working content, specialized in Automotive industry is a plus.
• Proficient in oral and written English, German skills will be an advantage.
• Team player with positive attitude, willing to communicate with internal and external people.
• Self-motivate and result-driven.
