Responsibilities
- Maintaining, Optimizing and adapting the HR processes mapped in SAP SF like Role & Permission Management (RBP) & Position Management.
- Employee Central configuration (incl. workflows, business rules, data models)
- Configuration of work schedules, holiday calendars, leave accounts
- Configuration of Business Rules and Workflows
- Data migration and mass data maintenance (e. g. on People Profiles or Positions)
- Support person for employees and managers in our SuccessFactors modules (1st and 2nd level support)
- Coordination with various internal departments to find the best solution
- Internal contact for stakeholders of other company business applications due to on technical interfaces
Requirements
The ideal candidate would be a graduate with minimum 3 years of proven work experience in hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors administration and support activities (ideally with a focus on Employee Central and our related modules).
In additional to this you will need to meet the following requirements:
The ideal candidate would be a graduate with minimum 3 years of proven work experience in HR or similar role. In additional to this you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Know-how and experience in working with SAP SuccessFactors as administrator
- Solid knowledge in Employee Central
- Desire to work on the system rather than just with the system
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors data structures, MDF objects, picklists, and RBP concepts
- Good knowledge in at least two of the following modules including Recruiting & Onboarding, Learning, Time, Performance & Goals, Talent Intelligence Hub & Compensation.
- Good knowledge of HR processes (e.g., employee lifecycle, organizational management, time, compensation) and how they are reflected in SuccessFactors.
- Solid understanding in creation of reports
- Understanding of numbers, Excel formulas and logical connections
- Ability to analyze complex issues and design clear, pragmatic configuration solutions.
- High degree of independence and assertiveness
- Efficient way of working and organizational skills
