We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Developer to join our team in based out of our Kochi location with hybrid work options. If you’re passionate about joining a growing and dynamic team with a company with a positive culture and team spirit, we’d love to connect with you!
Responsibilities
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications and clear configuration concepts.
- Design, configure, test, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Business Rules (e.g., for validations, derivations, default values, workflows).
- Configure and maintain mapping logic for automatic data population of fields based on mapping tables that refer to other data fields (e.g., deriving cost center from position or location).
- Configure and adjust data models and objects (e.g., MDF objects, picklists, fields, permissions) according to HR process needs.
- Creating (complex) reports (table reports, story reports, canvas reports)
- Support the implementation of new SF modules/features and improvements to existing ones (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding, Learning, Work Schedules/Time-off, Performance & Goals, Talent Intelligence Hub, Compensation).
- Perform data quality checks, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and work with HR to clean and improve data.
- Ensuring technical documentation on new and existing SF configurations
- Participate in testing scenarios and activities (test case definition, execution, defect management integration testing, UAT) and support deployment cycles and release management.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for SAP SuccessFactors users (HR, managers, employees), including incident analysis, error resolution, and guidance on system usage.
- Internal contact for stakeholders of other company business applications due to on technical interface
Requirements
The ideal candidate would be a graduate with minimum 3 years of proven work experience in hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and support activities (ideally with a focus on Employee Central and our related modules).
In additional to this you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Know-how and experience in working with SAP SuccessFactors (as developer or administrator with senior level experience)
- Solid understanding of SuccessFactors data models, MDF objects, picklists, and permission concepts.
- Good knowledge of HR processes (e.g., employee lifecycle, organizational management, time, compensation) and how they are reflected in SuccessFactors.
- In-depth knowledge about SF back-end logics (e. g. Business Rules, Data Migration,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: able to understand complex dependencies, identify root causes, and design sustainable solutions
- Understanding of numbers, Excel formulas and logical connections
- High degree of independence and assertiveness
- Efficient way of working and organizational skills
