Responsibilities

• Support the German team with ESG and compliance projects.
• Take responsibility for ESG and certification topics for our locations in India and provide support for our locations in China.
• Coordinate and maintain management systems according to ISO 27001, 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards in the respective regions.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve ESG goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate certification processes.
• Analyze and report on ESG metrics and compliance standards.
• Ensure adherence to data protection policies and requirements.

Requirements

• A degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental sciences, business, law, engineering) is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in ESG, compliance, or certifications.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements in India.
• Experience with management systems according to ISO 27001, 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001.
• Understanding of data protection requirements and policies.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Strong intercultural competence and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work.
