This strategic partnership enables us to offer our customers even more comprehensive development and digitalisation services and a greater offshore capability.We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with recent, hands-on experience building and scaling modern web applications. You will own features end-to-end—from React/TypeScript UI development to Node.js services—with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and efficient processing of large volumes of data. Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable web applications (frontend & backend).
Develop responsive, high-performance UIs using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
Create secure and performant APIs/services in Node.js.
Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, and indexes.
Implement solutions for large-scale data handling (pagination, caching, memory-efficient processing).
Drive code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation.
Mentor and support team members in best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
Continuously improve development workflows and processes.

Requirements

Recent experience with React.js + TypeScript and modern state/data patterns (Redux/React Query or similar).
Strong proficiency in Node.js (Express/Nest or similar), REST APIs, and async programming.
Expertise in MongoDB (aggregation, indexing, query optimization).
Proven track record working with large datasets/high-volume data systems.
Solid understanding of performance tuning and scalable architecture.
Experience with code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
(Nice to Have) Experience with Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker/CI-CD, Redis, queues/streaming, microservices/event-driven architecture.
