We’re currently inviting applications for the role of a Senior HR Associate as part of an increase in our India HR team.

Responsibilities
- The role will report directly to the HR Manager in India, but will also require close collaboration with the HR, recruiting and Immigration teams across India and UK.
- The role will focus heavily on supporting and improving the whole onboarding process to handle the current growth.
- Process all new starters and leavers, tracking status and managing the work flows.
- Support and process all new starter or leaver, including offer letters and all acceptance documentation as needed for a successful candidate onboarding process.
- Managing the required candidate checks for all new starters with external suppliers.
- Manage all necessary steps required for necessary onboardings into systems and client systems for hardware release.
- Monitor and update corporate employee health insurance for changes in employee data or new starters or leavers
- Monitor and update employee data held in internal systems for employees in India and UK.
- Support and organise onboarding days for new starters.
- Support the UK immigration team with new applications and gathering data
- Assist the HR team with any additional HR processes as required.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate would be a graduate with minimum 5 years of proven work experience in HR administration processes or similar HR role.
- IT literate, must have excellent knowledge for all Microsoft applications, together with adapting quickly to internal software systems operated internally within in-tech .
- Experience with SAP (SucessFactors) and Jira would be an advantage, but is not essential.
- Excellent communicator, in written and verbal English skills.
- You have an independent and proactive way of working.
While the role would be flexible allowing you to work from home, you would be expected to attend our Kochi office at least once a week.
