To meet the increasing headcount, we are investing in more delivery locations across Kerala and other states in India.We’re currently inviting applications for the role of a Senior Procurement Analyst responsible for our purchasing department in India. Ensuring our supply chain processes are managed and robust to handle the business increasing procurement requirements. This opportunity offers both onsite with hybrid work options.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • This is a senior hands-on role to take ownership of procurement across India, ensuring continuity of supply, strong supplier performance and value for money.
  • Management of a broad range of categories across the organisation, focussing predominantly on indirect, non-stock purchases.
  • Place and track purchase orders to ensure continuity of supply across both businesses
  • Manage and develop vendor relationships, including pricing and contract negotiationEnsure procurement activity aligns with budget targets and cost-control objectives
  • Maintain accurate vendor and procurement records
  • Ensure purchased products meet technical and regulatory compliance standards
  • Support internal and external audits with clear procurement traceability
  • Work with our senior management and finance department to identify procurement improvement priorities by analysing forecast spend, supply markets and specification options.
  • Work closely with operations and service teams to support engineering teams’ delivery

Requirements

  • Must have plus 6 years of hand on experience in a procurement or buyer role.
  • Must have experience of SAP, ideally with the S4 Hanna module.
  • Must understand the entire the PO approval process from start to finish.
  • You must have first-rate business level English and communications skills.
  • As such, you’ll need a confident personality who enjoys interacting with all levels and departments in a business.
  • Experience vendor and stakeholder management skillsWell organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
  • Must be experienced with MS Excel especially and all other Microsoft tools.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • And most importantly, you are a team player, you are open-minded and have a positive approach to challenges
