Python Test Automation Lead

Responsibilities 

• This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design 

• Play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts 

• Deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module 

• Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty 

Requirements 

• Must have 5-10 years of relevant experience. 

• Hands-on software development experience in Python, including expertise in Python 3.x, microservices architecture, and multi-threaded programming. 

• Proficiency in frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI. 

• Experience with distributed computing, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and caching solutions (Redis, Elastic Cache). 

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, Web Services, SOA, and microservices development. 

• Hands-on experience with database technologies including SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra). 

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). 

• Proficient in Linux/Unix environments with shell scripting capabilities. 

• Experience in performance tuning, profiling, and optimizing Python applications. 

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and test-driven development (TDD) using PyTest and UnitTest. 

• The necessary skills include Swift, Python, XCUI, and talents for the Web ACE platform on Nimble Framework (Python).
